The project was originally set up in June 2019, with Scottish Rowing and Glasgow Sport working together to launch the organisation.

Our organisation became a constituted group in January 2021, and gained charitable status as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) in July 2022.

We have been fortunate to have strong partnerships with our 4 principle partners:
-
Scottish Rowing
-
Glasgow Sport
-
Glasgow Kayak Club
-
Partick Thistle Football Club
